Assalam Alaikum,

My vision in teaching social studies is to be a part of developing our students into responsible citizens who value diversity and cultural understanding and understand the importance of being an active participant in their communities.

This is my first year teaching in Al-Hikmah School, but I have previously tutored and mentored students of the same grade levels and I cherished every minute of it. I have my BA in Anthropology from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). I have also taken several courses in Child and Adolescent Psychology.
